"Becoming a Leader and a Woman Entrepreneur in Business Life" in Uşak
A conference called Being a Leader and a Woman Entrepreneur in Working Life was held at the Uşak Dülgeroğlu Hotel by the Uşak Chamber of Commerce and Industry TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board.
As a speaker at the conference, Istanbul Kultur University Rector Prof.Dr. Sıddıka Semahat Demir, Advisor to the Rector of Uşak University Assist. Assoc. Dr. Meral Özçınar Spouse and Chairman of the Board of Women Entrepreneurs Yasemin Bayraktutan attended. In the speeches made, the place and importance of women in working life and social life, the importance of education and women's being a leader and entrepreneur were mentioned.
Inspiring women entrepreneurs and students attending the conference, Istanbul Kültür University Rector Prof. Dr. Sıddıka Semahat Demir said, “As I always and everywhere emphasize, the most important thing in working life and social life is education, training and education. If you do what you do with passion, love and heart, it is inevitable that you will be successful in every business. I approach all my work with a people-oriented approach, so team spirit is very important to me. I am sure that very successful works will emerge when everyone shares something in their field of expertise.”
